Based on the 2.8L STEP 2 kit and upgraded with lightweight, high-rigidity forged "BCD" pistons.

Piston Kit

  • It achieves a thin wall by employing the A2618 alloy, which is resistant to high temperatures.
  • We have increased rigidity structurally by adopting a bridge structure.
  • Profile optimization has shortened the Piston skirt height and reduced weight.
  • Short piston pit with the lightweight boss part.
  • Friction is reduced with a two-layer coating of fluorocarbon resin and molybdenum.

Crankshaft stroke 77.7 mm

  • The exclusive material is used, and adopting a full counter provides a good rotation balance and makes it possible for high rotation.
  • The response improves by reducing the weight of the pin journal and the center part.

Connecting Rod

  • Exclusive forged material is used. An H-beam is adapted to withstand a powerful explosion load. WPC treatment is applied to the surface to improve fatigue strength.
